“Supreme Court allows blind people to sue retailers if their websites are not accessible” -Los Angeles Times (10/7/19)

A quick Google search for ‘Dominos ADA Supreme Court‘ will help you kick off your search. There are several guidelines and resources out there to help inform yourself of the liabilities that you, as a website owner should know about.

Now we’re not all gloom and doom, instead, we’re looking at this as the opportunity to HELP as many vision and hearing impaired folks as we can… and at the same time, covering your butt from a potential legal nightmare.

H.R.5759 – 21st Century Integrated Digital Experience Act 115th Congress (2017-2018)

And in it, it states…

later <<NOTE: Deadline.>> than 180 days after the date of enactment of
this Act, an executive agency that creates a website or digital service
that is intended for use by the public, or conducts a redesign of an
existing legacy website or digital service that is intended for use by
the public, shall ensure to the greatest extent practicable that any new
or redesigned website, web-based form, web-based application, or digital
service--

Now without getting too legal, for now just notice the <<NOTE: Deadline>> and the bottom of the Act says:
